Messaging Disclosures

These disclosures summarize Roman PT messaging practices for SMS, WhatsApp, and related coaching channels. This is placeholder product copy for review, not legal advice.

Messaging Opt-In

  • Roman PT sends coaching, onboarding, account, reminder, and support messages only after you ask to start, join the waitlist, connect a messaging channel, or otherwise give consent.
  • Supported channels may include SMS, iMessage fallback, and WhatsApp where available. Availability depends on your country, carrier, and the Roman channels currently enabled.
  • You can use Roman without optional health-data connections, and messaging consent is separate from any wearable or health-data authorization.

Message Frequency And Costs

  • Message frequency varies based on your coaching plan, check-ins, reminders, support requests, and how often you reply.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier or messaging provider may charge for SMS, mobile data, WhatsApp data usage, or international messaging.
  • Roman may send transactional account messages related to your subscription, portal access, consent records, exports, deletion requests, or support.

STOP And HELP

  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from Roman. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.
  • Reply HELP or contact support for help with your account, messaging channel, or coaching access.
  • WhatsApp and other channels may also provide their own blocking, muting, or unsubscribe controls inside the channel.

Consent Records

  • Roman may keep records of consent, opt-in source, linked channel, opt-out state, support requests, and related account actions.
  • Roman uses these records to operate messaging, honor opt-outs, support audits, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
  • You can use the Roman portal or support channel to review account controls, request exports, request deletion, or unlink channels.

Privacy And Wellness Scope

  • Roman handles messaging, coaching, account, subscription, and optional health-summary data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Roman PT provides wellness and fitness coaching only. Roman is not medical care and is not for emergencies.
