These terms explain how to use Roman PT, a chat-first coaching service with optional account and health-data controls.
Wellness Scope
Roman PT provides wellness and fitness coaching only. Roman is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
User Responsibility
You should seek professional advice for pain, pregnancy, eating disorder history, diabetes, heart conditions, injuries, or other high-risk health contexts.
Optional Integrations
Integrations are optional and require your authorization. Health data availability depends on Terra, Apple, and the selected provider permissions.
Provider Independence
Roman PT is not endorsed by WHOOP, Terra, Apple, or other providers unless Roman has a separate written approval that says otherwise.
Account Controls
You can use the Roman portal to export data, request deletion, disconnect integrations, and manage linked text channels.
